چکیده

ABSTRACT Introduction: Fatigue is a manifestation of sub-health status, which causes serious negative effects in daily life. The antioxidant properties crocin have been widely investigated many diseases. However, no correlation between and fatigue was reported. Objective: To verify the anti-fatigue efficacy swimming-induced exhaustive time. Materials Methods: In this study, mice were treated with for 28 days to assess its efficacy. Exhaustive time, fatigue-relevant biochemical indices, inflammatory cytokines, energy metabolism indicators, oxidation parameters, NRF-2/HO-1 pathway analyzed explore evidence high-intensity exercise. Results: Our research indicated that dramatically extended strenuous swimming, clearly eliminated BLA SUN maintain internal environment homeostasis, while it markedly improved glycogen concentrations muscles liver promote reserves. Moreover, visibly reaction, as represented by reductions TNF-a IL-6, promoting endurance capacity. muscles, noticeably enhanced SDH Na+K+-ATP activities improve swimming. Lastly, SOD CAT via defend against oxidative stress-induced fatigue. Conclusions: Crocin provides resistance can be developed into nutriments. Evidence level II; Comparative prospective study.

Correction: Regulation of Synaptic nlg-1/Neuroligin Abundance by the skn-1/Nrf Stress Response Pathway Protects against Oxidative Stress

The Nrf family of transcription factors mediates adaptive responses to stress and longevity, but the identities of the crucial Nrf targets, and the tissues in which they function in multicellular organisms to promote survival, are not known. Here, we use whole transcriptome RNA sequencing to identify 810 genes whose expression is controlled by the SKN-1/Nrf2 negative regulator WDR-23 in the ner...

Nanocurcumin-Mediated Down-Regulation of Telomerase Via Stimulating TGFβ1 Signaling Pathway in Hepatocellular Carcinoma Cells

Background: Curcumin, extracted from turmeric, represents enormous potential to serve as an anticancer agent. Telomerase is viewed as a prominent molecular target of curcumin, and transforming growth factor-β1 (TGFβ1) has proven to be a major inhibitory signaling pathway for telomerase activity. In the current study, we aimed to explore suppressive effects of nanocurcumin on telomeras...

Curcumin Ameliorates Sertraline-mediated Testicular Toxicity in Rats via Inhibition of Oxidative Stress

Background: Sertraline is prescribed mainly for the treatment of patients with depression. However, this drug is known to have toxic effects on the male germ cells. Therefore, this study was designed to examine the ameliorative effects of curcumin on the sertraline-induced male reproductive toxicity. Methods: Thirty-two male Wistar rats were randomly divided into four groups of eight each. The...

Maresin 1 Ameliorates Lung Ischemia/Reperfusion Injury by Suppressing Oxidative Stress via Activation of the Nrf-2-Mediated HO-1 Signaling Pathway

Lung ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury occurs in various clinical conditions and heavily damaged lung function. Oxidative stress reaction and antioxidant enzymes play a pivotal role in the etiopathogenesis of lung I/R injury. In the current study, we investigated the impact of Maresin 1 on lung I/R injury and explored the possible mechanism involved in this process. MaR 1 ameliorated I/R-induce...
